At Shop Prestige, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furnishings; if an item isn't the perfect fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and unassembled to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully repack your items in their original boxes, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned furniture, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
